仕事は作業ではなく
人と交わる、社会と交わる、そして貢献する
って事だと仕事をしていて再三思います。
僕らのお仕事は、作業→検品→納品
の順に進んでいきます。
上の定義では、作業も一人きりでやる訳ではないですが
特に絡むのは検品(チェック)です。
要は責任者と絡む大切な時間です。
基本的にディレクターは忙しいと思いますが
チェックはアーティストと交わるという意味でも
大切なコミュニケーションの時間です。
全員評価制であるならば
作品のクオリティーはもちろん
ココもダイジよシャッチョサンって言われるでしょう。
少人数のチームの方が小回りが利いて
往々にして仕事をしていて楽しいし、いいものが出来ているのは
そういう理由でしょうね。
大小各々、責任を持って仕事をしているという事です。

【work】About A Check
The work is not operation,but communicate
co-workers and social,I do trust.
My work progress is "operation work" to
"director check" to "Publishing".
I don't do alone operation but most important of
my work is director check,It is the time to communicate
the person should take a responsibility of products quality.
Basically,I suppose director is usually busy,
but it is most important time for me to communicate
each other right?
If we have a judge system recognize each other,
Director has to take a responsibility of communication
ability too.
That's why a small team is often
working out better than a big team products,
all member in small team just do the job
with responsibility.
