ことにしました。
理由は単純明快
運動がしたい!!
それと健康診断で血圧が上がっていた。。
(正常値内です)
これをどうにかしたい訳です。
明日の朝から早速事を実行したいと思います。

"want to exercise!!"
and I got higher blood pressure than once...
(but not over normalized.)
